Job Description:

As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will lead end-to-end business analysis activities for Salesforce implementations, covering the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design optimal Salesforce solutions that meet documented requirements.
  • Map current 'as-is' business processes and design future 'to-be' processes within Salesforce, identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization.
  • Act as a key liaison between business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders, facilitating effective communication throughout the project.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing UAT plans and scripts, and assisting in resolving issues and defects during development and testing phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • Proven capability as an end-to-end Business Analyst.
  • Mandatory experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
  • Excellent requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
