What You'll Do:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  • Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and QA teams
  • Translate complex business needs into practical Salesforce solutions
  • Support UAT, end-user training, and post-deployment activities

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
  • Hands-on experience in Agile project environments
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, BA, etc.) are an added advantage
