We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing digital ads, working collaboratively with the team, and delivering high-quality results.

About the Role:

">
  • Campaign Management: Plan, set up, launch, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Pmax) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Conversion Tracking & Platform Integration: Set up, test and maintain conversion tracking across platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads), troubleshoot and refine attribution setups, work with Shopify integrations, conversion APIs, and tagging systems (GTM etc.)
  • Performance Optimisation: Manage budgets, bids, ROAS targets, and pacing, optimise for CPL, CPA, or ROAS depending on client goals, use a mix of data and creative testing to improve results over time
  • Client Communication & Reporting: Create short Loom videos to explain strategy, wins, or performance issues, prepare reports with clear, meaningful insights, bring ideas to internal calls on client performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing digital ads
  • Expertise in both ecommerce and lead generation clients
  • Fluency in English
  • Able to set up conversion tracking
  • Navigate Shopify
  • Collaborate well with the team
