We are seeking an Education and Career Consultant to join our team. As an Education and Career Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through their educational journey and helping them achieve their career goals.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for education and healthcare. If you have experience in EdTech, Sales, Counselling, or BPO, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students
  • Convert webinar attendees and registered leads into full-course admissions
  • Conduct structured counselling sessions to understand students' goals and suggest the right course
  • Explain program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities clearly
  • Manage CRM tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, EMI schedules)
  • Achieve daily calling targets (200+) and monthly admission goals
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in EdTech, Sales, Counselling, or BPO
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi)
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability
  • Comfortable with daily call targets and revenue goals
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel
