Financial Operations Specialist

The Financial Operations Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data, ensuring timely and efficient financial reporting.

  • Journal Entry Preparation: Prepare and post journal entries to record business transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain accounting accuracy.
  • Closing Activities: Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure seamless financial reporting.
  • Fixed Asset Management: Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules to optimize asset utilization.
  • Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and collaborate with auditors to support internal and external audits.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and facilitate cross-functional understanding.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
