Role Summary">

As a financial analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by providing actionable insights and recommendations. Your expertise in managing complex data sets and analyzing financial trends will enable our organization to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
  • Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify areas of improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management on key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA Inter qualified with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in MIS, accounting, financial reporting, or related domains.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and audit practices.
  • Hands-on experience with variance analysis, ageing, receivables management, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, accounting software (SAP/Oracle/Zoho Books), and familiarity with automation tools preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
