Embedded Systems Engineering Expert

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Expert to lead our team in embedded systems development.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices, as well as experience with AI implementation in the Engineering process. They will drive innovation and excellence in our projects, ensuring optimal solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on embedded system design, development, and implementation. Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in embedded systems. Drive innovation by proposing new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.
  • Develop and enforce quality standards for embedded system development. Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Share knowledge through workshops and seminars.
Qualifications We Seek:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in embedded system development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, familiarity with Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Experience in embedded systems development with good understanding of embedded software development, including C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures and communication protocols like CAN, SPI, I2C, and UART.
  • Knowledge of FPGA, System design, verification and validation, and test automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies with proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to production.
