Senior Placement Strategist Position Summary

This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance student career readiness and build strong employer networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with directors to develop and implement placement strategies that meet industry needs.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with employers across various domains, focusing on internships, training, and corporate engagement programs.
  • Oversee placement drives, internships, and corporate engagement initiatives to ensure accurate data reporting and successful outcomes.
  • Develop and lead training programs to enhance student career readiness and improve leadership, communication, and networking skills.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Education, or Human Resources. A Ph.D. is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in career services, placements, or corporate relations.
  • Proven track record of successful student placements and industry collaboration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employers and students.

  • Advanced degree in relevant field (Master's or Ph.D.).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in career services or a related field.
