Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of files daily, performing technical checks to guarantee compliance with industry and client standards.
This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Technical Checks: Perform daily technical checks on various file types to ensure compliance with industry and client requirements.
- File Review: Review files against reference material related to the project and implement required instructions to ensure consistency and error-free final products.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high-quality yield of nothing less than 99% throughout the year, for all clients.
- Project Management: Update work trackers to denote accurate status of projects and ensure 100% on-time delivery for all clients.
- Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, both internal and external.
- Exceptional Audio Sensitivity: Ability to understand a variety of English accents.
- Communication Skills: Good comprehension and communication skills.
- Cultural Knowledge: Broad cultural knowledge and wide range of interests.
- Technical Proficiency: Technically proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint.
- Computer Skills: Good knowledge of Computers and internet.
- Typing Speed: Good typing speed and accuracy.
