Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality compensation and benefits solutions tailored for clients, focusing on C&B design, pay ranges, pay structuring, pay mix, and benefits design
  • Play an integral role in delivering annual pay reviews and bonus processes at our clients
  • Align with statutory compliance; be aware of market practices and developments
  • Conduct benchmarking, trends, and advisory work on compensation and benefits markets
  • Job evaluation and leveling
  • Manage annual C&B cycle budgets, execute them, and present solutions and recommendations in a structured and articulate manner to clients and internal teams
  • Conduct due diligence for renewals and trends for insurance and employee wellness programs at our clients
  • Coordinate with HR operations to implement the programs in consultation with the HR business partner
  • Liaise with benefits partners/vendors and work with other functions such as HR operations and finance to execute benefits programs at our clients
  • Provide consulting advice to clients, design, and implement specific rewards-related projects

Experience and Requirements:

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a compensation role
  • All-round understanding of Total Rewards design principles and their application, along with associated business acumen
  • Familiarity with one or more leading job evaluation frameworks
  • Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles
  • Experience in engaging with and onboarding benefits vendors
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and insights

Preferred experience and Skills:

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • University degree in HR with a Masters/MBA strongly preferred
  • Relevant certifications from widely recognized professional bodies
