Job Title: Purchasing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update stock movement and ensure that inventory levels are always up-to-date.
  • Manage vendors and samples to optimize purchasing decisions.
  • Increase volumes and margin while driving success rates.
  • Cost optimization through effective negotiation and supplier management.
  • Map competition to stay ahead in the market.
  • Analyze customer behavior and demand in Kids wear to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Onboard the best brands to offer high-quality products.
  • Implement best replenishment and freshness strategies to meet customer expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • NIFT/MBA preferred with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • E-commerce experience in retail kids wear.
  • Negotiation skills to secure favorable deals.
  • Analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Cross-functional project management skills.
Education:

Pursuing an MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization is preferred.
