Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing IT project governance frameworks, collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate project effectiveness and risks, and driving cross-functional IT projects to achieve timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Governance: Define and implement IT project governance frameworks in line with regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the CTO to evaluate the effectiveness, risks, and performance of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Project Delivery: Drive cross-functional IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, KPI tracking, and cost monitoring.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee multiple IT projects, tracking progress and achieving milestones.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure project compliance with RBI and NBFC-specific IT regulations.
  • Budget Management: Manage IT budgets and optimise resource allocation.
  • Reporting: Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and project status updates for senior leadership.
  • Change Management: Implement change management best practices for smooth adoption of IT solutions.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee IT vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Methodology Improvement: Continuously refine IT project methodologies by introducing industry best practices.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including capacity planning and conflict resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain structured product documentation for third-party stakeholders.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis: identify problems, opportunities, and solutions.
