Job Purpose:

This critical role exists to ensure timely and accurate project tracking and reporting, enabling informed decision-making and effective management of investments. This supports the company's objective of delivering successful projects on schedule and within agreed terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in monitoring project progress against milestones and timelines to ensure on-schedule execution.
  • Collect, verify, and consolidate project data for comprehensive status reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits to validate information accuracy and provide reliable updates.
Project Management Support:
  • Maintain thorough and organized project documentation, including contracts and technical specifications.
  • Update the project monitoring database to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support investment report preparation as required by fund management.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Engage with Project Management Consultants (PMCs), internal teams, and external stakeholders for accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate project review meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication to address issues, risks, and delays promptly.
Risk Assessment and Compliance:
  • Identify potential risks related to project execution and flag any deviations from agreed investment terms or timelines.
  • Participate actively in risk assessment processes and track mitigation actions.
Professional Development:
  • Enhance knowledge of project monitoring methodologies, best practices, and technical department processes.
  • Prepare comparative analyses of project costs and completion timelines.
  • Seek feedback from supervisors and colleagues to improve project monitoring tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualification: B. Tech-Civil engineering

Preferred Qualifications: Post Graduation in Construction management from NICMAR/RICS

Work Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of industry experience in real estate construction

Proficiency in MS Projects, MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint is essential.
