Job Summary

A highly strategic and visionary leader is needed to oversee the development and execution of integrated media strategies across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative and effective media plans that align with client objectives, brand positioning, and target audience insights.
  • Incorporate data-driven insights, competitive analysis, and market trends to optimize media investments and drive business growth.
Campaign Leadership
  • Oversee the entire media planning process from brief to execution, ensuring seamless integration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate media effectiveness, provide recommendations, and refine strategies based on performance metrics.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of media strategies with broader campaign goals.
  • Presentation of strategic plans and recommendations to senior leadership and client teams.
  • Build trusted relationships with external partners to enhance media capabilities.
Team Development
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing media planning team.
  • Foster knowledge-sharing, innovation, and professional growth across the media planning function.
Process & Governance
  • Define and implement planning processes, governance models, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in media planning.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of media planning experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
