Job Summary

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests to ensure the stability and scalability of our applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and engineering, with experience in tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling. You will also have good knowledge of monitoring tools and server log analysis, as well as expertise in JVM/GC tuning and thread dump/heap dump analysis.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute performance tests to identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
  • Develop test strategies, workload models, and performance test plans to ensure accurate results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Analyze performance results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.
  • Good knowledge of monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic) and server log analysis.
  • Expertise in JVM/GC tuning, thread dump/heap dump analysis, and performance bottleneck resolution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
