Job Title: High-Performance Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-Performance Training Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing and delivering customized strength and conditioning programs for individuals and teams.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strength and conditioning coaching, with experience in designing and implementing training programs for high-performance sports teams or individual athletes.

  • Design and deliver customized strength and conditioning programs for individuals and teams
  • Conduct assessments and progress tracking to ensure effective program implementation
  • Work closely with coaches and trainers to develop and implement training plans
  • Maintain accurate records of athlete progress and program evaluation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A recognized strength and conditioning certification (e.g., NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE)
  • Minimum 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training
  • Strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
