About the Role:

  • We seek an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in Angular to join our growing development team. You will design and build high-performance, scalable, and responsive web applications, collaborating closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers to deliver a seamless user experience.
  • You will develop and maintain the complete user interface using JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem, including interactive user forms, data listings, filters, and UI components.
  • You will integrate these frontend components into the Liferay CE 7.4.x platform and connect the entire frontend to our services via REST API clients.
  • You will work with the backend team to ensure a smooth user experience, write clean and well-documented code, and conduct code reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining the complete user interface (GUI) using JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem.
  • Integrating these frontend components into the Liferay CE 7.4.x platform.
  • Connecting the entire frontend to our services by working with REST API clients.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the React framework.
  • Experience with REST APIs and understanding OpenAPI specifications.
  • Familiarity with GitOps, including managing infrastructure changes via pull requests.
  • Daily use of Docker for local development with docker compose.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes from a user perspective.
  • Ability to read and understand Jenkins pipelines.
  • Basic understanding of OpenSearch (Elasticsearch) is a plus.
  • Experience with Liferay CE 7.4.x and Java is a major advantage.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
