About the Role:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong grasp of ArcGIS, python and javascript and deploy scalable solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. The position performs a wide range of duties including but not limited to the following.

  • ">
  • Develop, deploy and maintain connectors to connect with customer interfaces">
  • Communicate and understand technical requirements of customers interfaces and develop appropriate architecture for implementations">
  • Analyze, review and modify programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging">
  • Ensure software can be completely integrated into the customer's system">
  • Coordinate software integration and maintain technical documentation">
  • Expert knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • ">
  • ArcGIS Desktop /Pro, Enterprise Geodatabase, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online">
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Python and understanding how to build high-performance UI applications capable of visualizing large amounts of data">
  • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, HTML, JavaScript, CSS languages and frameworks)">
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud is preferable">
  • Proven experience developing dynamic front-end web applications">
  • Writing clean code with well-defined abstractions that reduce complexity">
  • Passionate about implementing responsive and user-friendly interfaces">
  • Knowledge and utilization of REST API and other web services for integrating">
  • Experience with at least one RDBMS (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and strong SQL skills">
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration">
  • Master's degree, GIS, Geographic Science, Computer Science, Survey Engineering, Related Field, or related bachelor's degree with some relevant experience">
