Job Title: Sustainability and Social Impact Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sustainability and social impact initiatives in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive positive change and promote environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute local programs that align with global sustainability goals, focusing on environmental responsibility, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to build strong relationships and influence decision-making processes that support our impact agenda.
  • Design and deliver employee resource groups and initiatives that reflect local needs and priorities.
  • Track progress and report on outcomes, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR or DEI, with a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Cultural awareness and understanding of India's sustainability landscape, philanthropic sector, and DEI landscape.
  • Strong program management skills, with ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with ability to inspire employees across levels and functions.
