Digital Growth Specialist

We're seeking an expert in performance marketing to join our team. As a performance marketer, you'll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising paid ad campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive campaign growth and profitability.
- Own client accounts, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with creative and e-commerce teams to develop targeted campaigns that meet client goals.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance regularly, making data-driven decisions to optimise ad spend and improve ROI.
