**Job Title:** Real Estate Portfolio Leader

 

**Job Summary:

A highly skilled professional is required to lead the growth of our real estate portfolio, overseeing all aspects from technical due diligence to project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the real estate portfolio and drive growth for the region, including conducting thorough technical due diligence on buildings regarding MEP, HVAC, Plumbing Safety & Security, Fire Norms, etc.
  • Facilitate timely deal conversion, negotiate advantageous deal terms, manage lease negotiations, and oversee overall portfolio management.
  • Contribute to and oversee analytics work, focusing on market research, deal underwriting, investment committee presentations, and other related tasks.
  • Ensure the accurate administration and storage of all lease-related documents, inputting key information as required.
  • Review critical data reporting provided by third-party vendors for accuracy.
  • Coordinate the completion of tenant improvements necessary in leases and lease amendments.
  • Research and provide information on escalations, operating costs, and real estate taxes.
  • Collaborate with Accounting to reconcile letters of credit and guarantees with leases.
  • Follow up with landlords in a timely manner on resolving complaints, status of tenant service requests, and miscellaneous tenant requirements.
  • Assist Transaction Managers with deal closeout, including receipt of comparison analysis and relevant information from broker partners.
  • Work with landlords to obtain possession letters, rent commencement agreements, and other lease-related correspondence.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all building leases and building rules and regulations, with the ability to review and investigate conflicts.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
  • Extensive experience in RE Finance, CRE, and CRE brokerage, acquisitions, and transaction management.
  • Strong capabilities in financial modeling and market research.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Teamwork, cooperation, and ability to take direction.
  • Reliable, focused, multitasking, and detail-oriented individual.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines and excellent time management skills.
  • Desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment.
