IPO Preparedness and Data Analysis Support
This role involves supporting the company in IPO preparedness, data analysis, management reporting, and financial governance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, and external advisors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial data flow across IPO and post-IPO workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Support in compiling and validating data for DRHP, RHP, SEBI queries, and financial models.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, HR, Operations) to provide accurate and timely data to merchant bankers, auditors, and legal teams in coordination with IPO project team.
- Assist in investor deck preparation data and ensure alignment of financial KPIs, capex data, and historical trends.
Financial Analysis and Management Information Systems Reporting
Prepare and generate data for monthly and quarterly financial dashboards covering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Develop Excel-based reports for management reviews and investor presentations.
Data Governance and Process Improvement
Ensure consistency and integrity of data across ERP systems, Excel models, and MIS tools.
Establish documentation trails, working files, and review protocols for internal and external reporting.
Identify and support automation opportunities in reporting and reconciliation processes.
Post-IPO Compliance and Investor Relations
Support in data gathering for preparing quarterly investor updates, financial disclosures, and earnings decks.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and track regulatory reporting timelines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified with 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in financial analysis, MIS data, or IPO due diligence support is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
