Financial Analyst

The ideal candidate will support in IPO preparedness, data analytics, management reporting, and financial governance.
The role involves working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, and external advisors (EY, merchant bankers, legal counsel) to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial data flow across IPO and post-IPO workstreams.
He will also play a crucial role in coordinating IPO data, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance post-IPO.
Responsibilities: IPO Data Coordination & Support Assist in compiling and validating data for DRHP, RHP, SEBI queries, and financial models.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, HR, Operations) to provide accurate and timely data to merchant bankers, auditors, and legal teams in coordination with IPO project team.
Support investor deck preparation data and ensure alignment of financial KPIs, capex data, and historical trends.
Financial Analysis & MIS Reporting Preparation and generation of data for monthly and quarterly financial dashboards covering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Preparation and generation of data for business performance, variance, and key ratios.
Develop Excel- or Power BI-based reports for management reviews and investor presentations.
Data Governance & Process Improvement Ensure consistency and integrity of data across ERP (SAP), Excel models, and MIS tools.
Establish documentation trails, working files, and review protocols for internal and external reporting.
Identify and support automation opportunities in reporting and reconciliation processes.
Post-IPO Compliance & Investor Support Assist in data gathering for preparing quarterly investor updates, financial disclosures, and earnings decks.
Coordinate cross-functional responses for new compliance and disclosure requirements post-listing.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and track regulatory reporting timelines.
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified with 2 years post-qualification experience Experience in financial analysis, MIS data, or IPO due diligence support preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, is a plus Strong command of accounting, financial modeling, and data integrity practices Preferred Skills: Experience with Power BI and Tableau Knowledge of IPO processes
