Job Title: Corporate Governance Specialist
This role involves overseeing compliance with corporate governance regulations, managing statutory records, and coordinating with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and supporting Shareholder/Board/Committee Meetings.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements, including LODR – BSE and NSE- SEBI- ROC regulations.
- Maintain all statutory records, including Minutes and Statutory Registers.
- Coordinate with Shareholders, Registrars, and Secretarial Auditors to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare various reports, including Directors Report and Annual Report.
- Handle compliance related to Insider Trading Regulations and ESOP compliances.
- Oversee secretarial and legal compliance activities.
Requirements:
- Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of listed company compliances with Stock Exchange and SEBI.
- Ability to stay updated on daily basis on regular amendments and regulatory changes.
- Good drafting skills are required.
