Corporate Governance Specialist

This is an exciting chance to work with corporate governance services in India, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support directors and senior management by providing assistance in corporate governance matters, including relevant laws and regulations, governance practices and legal entity management.
- Assist with local, regional and global projects related to governance, such as promoting consistent standards for legal entity governance that align with the firm's strategic objectives.
- Organize and attend board and board committee meetings, providing support on governance matters requiring board attention.
- Implement director orientation and continuing education programs.
- Maintain corporate records, certifications and various documents managed by the team.
- Advise on corporate procedures and record retention related to governance matters.
- Manage inter-affiliate service agreements and certain regulatory filings.
- Qualified Company Secretary with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members across different regions.
- Self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn and adapt in a demanding environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
