Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI member) with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in the field of corporate governance and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory matters and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Legal and Secretarial team in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
- Collaborate with the Treasury and Finance teams to implement effective governance practices;
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports as required;
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the management team;
Requirements:
- Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI);
- Post-qualification experience of 1–3 years in a private or public limited company or a firm of practicing company secretaries;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills;
- A strong understanding of regulatory matters and corporate governance practices;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
