We're witnessing a significant shift in the Indian healthcare industry, with inflation in healthcare costs three times that of general inflation. This has led to a majority of Indians being unable to afford health insurance on their own; hence, as many as 600 million Indians will likely rely on employer-sponsored insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create annual budgets and develop financial models.
  • Monitor targets and make necessary course corrections against plan vs actual.
  • Publish regular MIS/dashboards for leadership, investors, and management.
  • Conduct deep revenue analytics and insights.
  • Perform periodic data reconciliation (internal vs insurer data); follow up with insurers and internal sales teams to close revenue gaps.
  • Analysis of cost KPIs, monitoring key metrics, bringing insights, and controlling leakages.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and be responsible for supporting metrics reporting for relevant processes.
  • Participate in projects on system automations for operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong data gathering and manipulation skills.
  • Ability to develop a strong partnership with business leaders; influence and persuade.
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills, with editorial expertise.
  • Deep expertise in Excel, Google Spreadsheet, presentations, and models.
  • Prior experience in business-facing roles will be an added advantage.
  • Strong Experience with Google Suite & Microsoft Suite.
