Job Title: Cloud Solutions Expert

Job Summary:
Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be the technical interface to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance, and use of Oracle products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Routinely act independently while researching and developing solutions to customer issues.
  • Have an understanding of all Oracle products in their competencies and in-depth knowledge of several products and/or platforms.
  • Be highly experienced in multiple platforms and able to complete assigned duties with minimal direction from management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or relevant work experience.
  • 4 + years of experience in Infrastructure or cloud-related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud Networking and in-depth knowledge of cloud computing.
  • Hands-on experience with public-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI).
  • Prior experience in a technical support role or demonstrated ability to quickly troubleshoot technical problems to root cause to restore service.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a global, remote workforce.
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to work in a pressured production environment while not compromising on the quality of the service provided.
