Job Title: Business Transformation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a seasoned Engagement Manager to drive execution of our business-analytics roadmap, leveraging techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities in collaboration with data science and engineering SMEs and teams.
  • The ideal candidate will lead client workshops, articulating broad visions and ambiguous business problems to be solved through data science and AI.
  • You will define business problems concisely, consolidate findings, and hypothesize proposed solutions, measuring and articulating how they improve clients' objectives.
  • We require someone who can independently liaise with customers, convincingly present solutions in unstructured environments, and question customers when necessary.
  • This role combines hands-on contribution, customer engagement, and team management, with opportunities to contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches.
Mandated Profile:
  • Prior experience in business consulting, particularly around financial planning and analysis (FP&A), zero-base budgeting, and related finance themes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving analytical skills with the ability to blend creativity and logical thought to develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
  • Experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles conversant with process improvement, cost optimization, customer analytics, and experience management.
  • Demonstrated sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite/leadership level or senior management level in the industry.
Desired Profile:
  • Understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms applications.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical tools.
