Job Opportunity:

As a seasoned Data Analytics Leader, you will drive high-impact reporting and supply-side performance for Domestic Hotels business. The role requires collaboration across functions to manage overall strategy, supply drives, Key Result Areas (KRAs), effectiveness, and analytics requirements within the Hotels business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform data into actionable insights, streamline reporting processes, and build scalable solutions that empower decision-making at every level.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team.
  • Design and manage dashboards and reports to track KRAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the supply team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
