Job Title: Brand Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Brand Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts and contribute to the growth of our food brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with the city business and central teams to create promotional strategies and product positioning.
  • Identify and manage vendors for seamless campaign execution.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, tastings, food festivals, and trade events.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
  • Engage with food bloggers, influencers, and content creators to increase product visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences.
  • Maintain strong understanding of the brand and ensure consistency across all touch points.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • 6 months-1 year experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food, FMCG, events, startup ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with digital and offline marketing tools and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Zomato/Swiggy dashboards, OOH, events, BTL).
  • Excellent execution, timeline management, and communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with an understanding of current food and dining trends.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in food product marketing, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or FMCG.
  • Basic knowledge of food photography or coordination with content creators.
