About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Executive to join our team. As an integral part of our revenue growth strategy, you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by strategically selling advertising space across our diverse portfolio of global digital media assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Drive aggressive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new advertising clients for all our digital media assets.">
  3. Lead the sales efforts for magazine advertisements in both the International and India editions of our FinTech Journal, as well as advertising and sponsorship opportunities on our global FinTech news portal and podcast series.">
  4. Target and engage with leading Indian and Global FinTech and IT companies, understanding their marketing objectives and positioning our media solutions effectively.">
  5. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed advertising revenue targets, including market analysis, client segmentation, and tailored proposal development.">
  6. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.">
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs within the FinTech and broader IT advertising landscape to identify new opportunities.">

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 7-10 years of proven and successful experience in selling magazine and other advertising in the digital media space.">
  • Direct experience with leading business publications or digital media platforms is essential.">
  • A demonstrated and successful advertising sales track-record, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.">
  • High level of confidence, a proactive self-starter mentality, and the ability to take initiative.">
  • Proven ability to operate independently and manage a sales territory effectively.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively.">
  • A strong academic background (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field).">
  • A strong interest in and understanding of the fast-growing Indian and global FinTech sector is highly desirable.">
