As an HR and Administrative professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing company policies, ensuring statutory and safety compliance, and streamlining day-to-day operational tasks. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and update HR and administrative policies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

2. Maintain accurate employee documentation and support onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.

3. Ensure adherence to internal practices and external statutory regulations, minimizing compliance risks.

Compliance & Safety:

1. Monitor labor law compliance, POSH policies, and audit readiness to maintain a proactive approach to regulatory requirements.

2. Conduct regular fire extinguisher checks and coordinate fire drills to ensure fire safety protocols are up-to-date.

3. Collaborate with external consultants for regulatory audits and certifications, maintaining a strong commitment to compliance.

Office Administration:

1. Oversee facility management, including vendor coordination and AMC renewals to optimize office operations.

2. Manage office assets, housekeeping, courier services, stationery, and utilities to maintain a productive work environment.

3. Ensure the smooth running of daily office operations, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Audit & Documentation:

1. Maintain accurate records and reports for internal audits and statutory inspections, providing transparency and accountability.

2. Prepare comprehensive compliance checklists and monthly reports to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and administration, with a proven track record of success.

3. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, fire safety protocols, and statutory compliance, with a focus on minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency.

4. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.

Nice to Have:

1. Exposure to ISO, safety audits, or OSHA standards, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and compliance.

2. Familiarity with HRMS platforms and digital documentation tools, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
