Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner, providing clear and concise resolutions to their queries.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system, utilizing data analysis to inform future support strategies.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting, showcasing expertise in technical support and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction, continually improving support processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-6 years of experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems, including advanced features and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically, analyzing complex customer issues and developing effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all customer interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of technical support and troubleshooting techniques, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
