As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize business outcomes.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new products within the Transaction Tax division
  • Managing client relationships to ensure seamless execution and successful completion of advisory assignments
  • Engaging with senior management portfolios to align objectives and deliver exceptional service
  • Managing the quality of client deliverables on matters of M&A Tax/Transaction Tax Advisory, Consultation & Advisory on Direct Taxation (Domestic & International), and Corporate Tax Planning, Strategic Issues and Complex Tax Matters
  • Leading and mentoring a team to meet allocated deliverables
  • Promoting thought leadership and championing knowledge sharing efforts
  • Identifying and adopting relevant technology and tools to enhance service delivery
  • Representing the firm at conferences, seminars, and events to build relationships and stay informed about industry developments

 

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Qualified CA/LLB experience in rendering M&A Tax/Direct tax/Corporate Tax Advisory Services at reputable firms or large corporations
  • Strong networking and business development skills, with the ability to leverage social media platforms to represent the firm and promote thought leadership
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, particularly in client interactions
  • A proven track record in delivering excellence, developing strong teams, leveraging technology, and driving growth
  • Sound commercial knowledge and problem-solving skills
