Job Title: Senior Culinary Operations Manager

As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the kitchen department. This includes ensuring that all aspects of guest dining experiences are delivered to the highest level throughout the hotel.

You will work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort by providing a positive and timely response to enquiries and problem resolution. Your role will also involve developing and implementing plans to achieve kitchen initiatives and hotel targets.

In addition, you will lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department. You will prepare and be responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, and productivity and performance levels are attained.

You will build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders, including colleagues, management, and external partners. Your role will also involve reviewing and scrutinizing the performance of the food offering, providing recommendations that will drive financial performance.

Requirements for this role include proven experience in kitchen operations with strong problem-solving capabilities.
