Growth Manager Job Description

This role involves developing and implementing effective paid media strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

  • Setting up and managing campaigns across various platforms, including Google AdWords and social media.
  • Conducting target keyword research and writing relevant ad copies to increase conversions.
  • Managing end-to-end shopping campaigns, including creating feed files and working with the product team.
  • Understanding creative requirements for different platforms to optimize campaign performance.
  • Developing a strong understanding of the company's products and competitor profiling.
  • Providing regular updates on campaign performance as part of the team.
  • Ensuring conversion tracking and KPI measurements are in place to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in PPC (Google Ads & Facebook Ads).
  • Experience in programmatic media buying is an advantage.
  • Experience working with e-commerce setups is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Basic Excel skills and ability to communicate effectively.
