Lead Interior Designer

As a Lead Interior Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative and client-centric interior solutions. Your exceptional creativity and design expertise will enable you to translate client conversations into inspiring designs, manage the overall project lifecycle from conception to completion, and interact with clients to assess their needs and incorporate their feedback.

This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues. You will need to stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices to deliver high-quality results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Experience: Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project management.
  • Design Quality: Lead the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final execution.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a proven track record of leading and delivering residential projects.
  • Skills and Expertise:
  • Proficiency in design tools, including PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, civil works & services, and strong personal attributes such as result-oriented teamwork, crisp and effective communication skills, and proactive learning.
