Job Title: Legal Advisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced legal professional with expertise in U.S. employment practices.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing various legal documents and agreements, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

  • Draft employment contracts that align with company policies and adhere to legal standards.
  • Prepare bonus and commission agreements to support performance-based compensation structures.
  • Negotiate client contracts that protect company interests and deliverables.
  • Manage vendor contracts while minimizing classification risks and regulatory liabilities.
  • Handle unemployment claims by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Address workers' compensation insurance claims through documentation, communication, and compliance.
  • Communicate with state labor departments and agencies regarding compliance requirements and updates.
  • Support internal teams with research, policy development, and training on legal procedures.
Requirements:
