Job Overview

This role involves leading a software engineering team to deliver business initiatives through expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end technology delivery.

  • The ideal candidate will analyze current technology trends, regional roadmaps, and the company's current technology state to design future convergence and sustainability.

  • They will document requirements, propose updates, establish frameworks for contributions from various departments, and account for project challenges on constraints, risks, time, resources, and scope.

  • The successful candidate will provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions, build company software frameworks and development standards, lead internal development teams, and integrate with regional platforms or third-party systems.

  • They will oversee project strategies and processes, ensuring smooth execution of business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead software engineering team by providing expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end technology delivery of business initiatives.

  • Analyze current technology trend, and regional technology roadmap, and internal company's technology current state and design for future convergence and sustainability.

  • Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates.

  • Propose and establish framework for necessary contributions from various departments.

  • Account for possible project technical challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope.

  • Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions.

  • Build and establish company software framework and development standards to align with regional direction.

  • Design and lead internal development team in implementation of local in-house mobile or web app system for business needs.

  • Lead various technical integration with regional platforms or third-party platform system such as eWallet partner, bank partner, lead generation partner etc.
