Business Development Analyst Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build pipeline: Create qualified prospect lists using databases, web research, and other tools.
  • Account intelligence: Track news and developments at priority accounts to spot timely opportunities.
  • Own our lead database/CRM: Maintain clean, current records; enrich prospect attributes; manage list hygiene.
  • Run outreach: Execute email campaigns to secure calls/meetings
  • Orchestrate meetings: Schedule with prospects, manage calendars, and ensure pre-reads are in place.
Requirements:
  • Mumbai-based candidates only.
  • 3+ years in pre-sales or a related B2B role; experience with European/US markets is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree with upper-quartile academic performance across stages of education.
  • Demonstrated top-decile performance in prior roles (for experienced professionals).
