We're on the hunt for an exceptional Enterprise Growth Strategist to lead our multi-channel demand engine, driving measurable results through campaign execution, funnel optimization, and strategic planning.

About the Role:
  • Dive into the world of enterprise SaaS demand generation, where innovative strategies and data-driven decisions come together to fuel pipeline creation and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and execute scalable demand generation engines that span inbound and outbound tactics, product-led growth, and account-based marketing motions.
  • Tackle key performance indicators such as customer acquisition cost, funnel velocity, and return on investment, leveraging real-time dashboards and analytics platforms to inform decision-making.
Responsibilities:
  • Pilot the end-to-end demand generation pipeline, overseeing strategy, planning, execution, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • Drive pipeline growth through digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email, display advertising, paid/organic social media, and community outreach.
  • Design and manage targeted campaigns for new acquisition and expansion within existing customer bases.
Requirements:
  • Benchmarked experience in regulated industries, such as Life Sciences, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • A proven track record of delivering results-driven demand generation strategies and executing ABM/ABX programs.
  • Expertise in leveraging generative AI tools in marketing contexts, driving measurable ROI, and optimizing funnel performance.
  • Strong command of marketing automation, lead scoring, and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and analytics platforms.
