Finance Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead our Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives and drive simplification, automation in our shared service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and applications.
  • Making technology decisions related to client MDM environments and interpreting requirements to architect effective MDM solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP systems, including configuration, maintenance, and data model definition.
  • Drive end-to-end solution architecture for MDM, encompassing data quality assessment, remediation design, data migration strategy, data stewardship, process, and system interaction design.
  • Leverage MDM technologies and tools across companies to facilitate master data management and integration.
  • Working knowledge of RPA and other automation technologies to identify gaps in existing processes and drive closure through automation.
  • Prior experience in delivering customer-focused Master Data Management Systems, particularly in Vendor, Customer, material, and Service master domains.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to ensure timely delivery of projects in collaboration with process owners and IT verticals.
  • A 'can-do' attitude with good analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in SSC environment and SAP technologies.
  • Chartered Accountant or CA Inter or MBA Finance degree.
  • Strong working knowledge of all technologies used for automation, such as RPA.
