About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and report on the root cause of quality issues to the Lead for quality assurance and control.
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance on parts technical issues and warranty claims when necessary.
  • Quality Checks: Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with company regulations after each repair.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks assigned by the After Sales Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Electric Vehicle Expertise: Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems and components.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
