Job Description:

Vektra Engineering is a leading manufacturer and exporter of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and power packs. The company operates a state-of-the-art plant equipped with advanced technologies and processes.

This role involves overseeing all design aspects of hydraulic cylinders and leading a team of designers and engineers. Responsibilities include design management, visual design, costing, product design to ensure high-quality and innovative hydraulic cylinder solutions for various industries.

The successful candidate will have experience in designing hydraulic cylinders or related mechanical products, strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials, and proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Design and develop high-quality hydraulic cylinders that meet customer requirements
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to improve sales and revenue growth
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
Qualifications and Skills:

Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in designing hydraulic cylinders or related mechanical products
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
