Job Description

The role of Chief of Staff is a strategic position that requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to think critically.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing multi-channel content programs, managing project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets. Additionally, the incumbent will oversee daily operations, manage internal and vendor communications, and provide weekly status updates.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Essential Qualifications: Strategic Planning and Project Management skills, very strong skills in content creation, curation, editing and content management, operational management experience, coordination and process streamlining abilities, executive support and report preparation skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: A technology degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences, experience in a similar role, and ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
