Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a skilled PCS/BESS Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers.

You will be working with our cutting-edge PCS/BESS products, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

  • Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers.
  • Troubleshoot product issues and educate customers on basic troubleshooting techniques.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide training to customers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience in the energy storage industry, preferably with central PCS or BESS systems.
