We are seeking a seasoned developer to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of the Emerging Technologies group, you will focus on exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and transformation for clients.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining microservices using Java 3 and Spring Boot. You will also implement RESTful APIs and ensure proper API versioning and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Microservices Development: Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java 3 and Spring Boot.
  • API Implementation: Implement RESTful APIs and ensure proper API versioning and documentation.
  • Event-Driven Architecture: Build event-driven architectures using message queues and streaming platforms.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
  • Testing: Write comprehensive unit, integration, and contract tests.
Mandatory Skill Sets
  • Java Development Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Java development.
  • Spring Boot and Spring Cloud: 3 years hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.
  • Microservices Architecture: Strong understanding of microservices architecture patterns and best practices.
  • Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Databases: Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Message Brokers: Experience with message brokers (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS).
  • Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • API Gateway: Experience with API gateway technologies.
Preferred Skill Sets
  • Git Version Control: Strong experience with Git version control and branching strategies.
  • Build Tools: Proficiency with build tools (Maven, Gradle).
  • Testing Frameworks: Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mock frameworks, Test containers).
  • DevOps Practices: Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
  • Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
