Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a crucial part in ensuring quality standards, processing accuracy and compliance as per predefined checklists. This role requires an understanding of legal documentation, including court orders, retainer agreements, affidavits, and bankruptcy filings, which are vital for delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality compliances and processing accuracy for daily operations.
  • Auditing population/sample proportion of processed tickets basis predefined checklists for tickets assigned via email, Salesforce, Jit Bit, RAGIC, and other data sources.
  • Conducting regular audits, at least twice or thrice a month, to verify documentation around bankruptcy claimants.
  • Reviewing and interpreting legal documents, especially court motions/orders, affidavits, PACER reports, and legal heirship documents.
  • Becoming familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials to enhance knowledge and skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Law/ BBA or commerce, with 2-4 years of experience in a US-based multinational corporation. Project management experience or certifications are highly desirable.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel & PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Outlook.
  • Experience in quality audits of legal documents/email communications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail to identify errors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to derive insights from information provided.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills for addressing complex issues.
