We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per click (CPC), cost per action (CPA), conversion rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for better targeting.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Continuously run A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets, forecast spends, and ensure high return on investment (ROI) delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad platform updates.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and advertising.
- Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup).
